Before your piece arrives

How long does it take to make my piece?

Every AMOUREUX piece is handmade to order. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your piece to be carefully created before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Can I customize my piece?

Some designs can be customized. If you have a special request, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Can I return my order?

As every AMOUREUX piece is individually made to order based on your selected specifications, our products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

Of course, this does not affect your statutory rights if your item is faulty, damaged or does not match the specifications of your order. In this case, please contact us at [clientcare@amoureuxdesign.de] and we will be happy to find a suitable solution.
How do I care for my AMOUREUX piece?

Treat your piece with care. Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes and excessive pressure. Store it in a dry place when not in use.
Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
