HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE MY PIECE?
Every AMOUREUX piece is carefully handmade to order. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your piece to be created before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times begin once your piece has been completed. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your destination and the selected shipping method.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At the moment, every AMOUREUX piece is delivered exclusively within Germany.
As the Atelier grows, we look forward to bringing our creations to more destinations.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders of 150€ or more qualify for complimentary shipping within Germany.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
