Can I return my order?
If your order is subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized for you.

Can I exchange my order?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your order is eligible for withdrawal, you may return it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and place a new order for your preferred piece. Personalized or custom-made items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged, has a defect or does not match the specifications of your order, please contact us at [clientcare@amoureuxdesign.de].
Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and, if possible, include Photos showing the problem.
Your statutory warranty rights remain fully unaffected and we will review your case to find an appropriate solution.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
As every AMOUREUX piece is made individually for you, please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error or would like to request a change.
Changes can only be accommodated if production has not yet started or if the requested adjustment is still possible at the current stage of production.
Statutory cancellation rights and any applicable exclusions remain unaffected.
Will I receive a refund if my item is faulty?
If your item is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to the agreed specifications, your statutory warranty rights apply.
Depending on the circumstances and the applicable legal requirements, this may initially include repair or replacement of the item.
